This role will play a key part in client-facing conversations where AI and data capabilities are strategic differentiators, partnering with customer-facing teams to ensure alignment between our technical vision and client needs. This individual will also participate in senior leadership meetings at Validic, helping shape company-wide strategy through the lens of intelligence and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical authority and thought leader on AI and GenAI strategy, architecture, and implementation across the Company
  • Drive the strategic use of internal data assets to enable intelligent capabilities, predictive systems, and advanced analytics across products and platforms
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to design and deploy intelligent, user-facing features that improve experience, performance, and engagement
  • Lead technical discovery, prototyping, and evaluation of emerging AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ethical principles
  • Develop shared tools, models, and frameworks that enable scalable and responsible AI adoption across the engineering organization
  • Define and promote best practices for AI/ML system architecture, data governance, model observability, and performance evaluation
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to shape infrastructure and pipelines that support robust experimentation and model development
  • Collaborate and partner with sales and client success where AI and data capabilities are strategic differentiators and ensure alignment between the Company’s technical vision and client needs
  • Act as a multiplier—mentoring engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, and raising the bar for technical excellence company-wide
  • Represent the company externally in key client meetings, technical partnerships, conferences, and forums where AI and data leadership are critical
  • Participate in senior leadership meetings and help shape company-wide strategy through the lens of intelligence and innovation
