Job Description Project Role Able to effectively partake and furnish comprehensive insights for project tendering and proficiently handle commercial administration encompassing resource allocation.Able to represent the practice at project level. Demonstrate ability to take responsibility for projects. Ability to manage the design and construction stages of a project. Ability to supervise a small team of engineers and technicians. Role will normally be as Project Engineer on projects of various sizes. On major/more complex projects could take the role of a Design Engineer. Achieve 95% chargeable time. Agree design philosophy/design fundamentals. Review and comment on deliverables produced by Engineers & Technicians at key stages through a project. Demonstrates all round technical competence. Have knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, construction techniques, procurement routes, risk assessment and claim assessment. Have knowledge of analytical concepts. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Problem Solving/contingency planning skills with ability to find innovative & practical solutions and with minimal supervision. Willings to adopt new technologies in the Infrastructure Design. Working knowledge of various Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point). Be detail oriented and organized while being able to multitask and shift priorities with ease. Should be responsible for Quality Management (QA) for their team. Have knowledge of our delivery in CAD standards and 3D working. Qualifications Typically, a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the relevant field is required.
