PRINCIPAL ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL DESIGN

A long-established, privately owned engineering company is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead its electrical design function.
This is an opportunity to play a key role at the heart of a growing manufacturer of bespoke control panel systems The business is known for its commitment to quality and its ability to solve complex challenges for clients across a broad range of industries.
As Principal Engineer, you will lead a small, experienced team and work closely with manufacturing, estimating and senior leadership. Your role will include technical leadership, project oversight, team development, and driving innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering function.
