ENERCON’s Federal Services Group is seeking a Principal Engineer, based in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will provide leadership of our multi-location and multi-discipline project team, maintain and develop client relationships, and use your technical expertise to contribute to overall goals. Leadership: Demonstrate technical and personnel leadership, providing resolution to multi-disciplinary technical issues, and support growth and development of staff. Contribute to Business Goals by meeting budgeted billable time

• Client Service: Maintain external client relationships and develop client relationships to be engineer of choice, responding to proposals, information requests and more
• Technical Experience: Possess engineering consulting experience leading and coordinating projects that include structural, mechanical and electrical engineering scopes in a building/facility environment

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechanical/electrical/civil)
• Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and/or maintain a DOE L or Q clearance
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the commercial or nuclear industry
• DOE / NQA-1 experience preferred but not required
• Experience creating project proposals and cost estimates
• Experience organizing, coordinating and reviewing the design of building systems, including power, HVAC, piping and structural
• Professional Engineer license preferred

Pay Range: USD $140,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr. Additional Information:
