Description

Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems and programs. Monitor and guarantee adherence to local and international EHS regulations. Lead and mentor a team of EHS professionals to achieve ambitious safety and environmental goals. Conduct risk assessments and determine effective control measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement EHS initiatives. Taiwan EHS related professional license. More than 10 years of experience in EHS management. Proven track record in semiconductor or large factory EHS management. Proficient knowledge of domestic and global EHS policies. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field. Experience with EHS management in a multinational corporation. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credentials. Demonstrated ability to compete and excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
