Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Top level floor-planning and pad placement to support initial IC shape and size as well as package bond-outs. Custom layout of radiation-hardened block level IP for our IC products and work closely with the IP designer to meet specifications. Physical verification of the IP blocks such as DRC, LVS, ERC, etc. Parasitic extraction of block layouts and provide files to designers. Layout documentation and reviews that include sign-off checklists. Frame creation that includes IC & variants, PCM tiles, and scribble line test patterns. Frame tape-out and review & sign-off of mask databases. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Strong written and verbal communication skills, accountability, and experience overseeing project layout efforts. Mastery of Cadence software for layout and schematics. Experience in running and debugging DRC, LVS, ERC, etc. to generate a violation-clean database. Familiarity with analog sensitive techniques such as shielding, centroid, dummies, etc. Excitement about learning Rad-Hard-By-Design techniques. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
