Description

Lead technically, raise standards, and maintain a results-driven culture. Leads identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform. Optimizes, debugs, refactors, and reuses code to improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI). Collaborate within Azure to develop platforms for managing and monitoring at scale. Coach and develop engineers at all levels through knowledge sharing and continuous learning Serve as a role model for an open, honest, and inclusive approach to problem-solving. Acts as an expert for Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and monitors other engineers across product lines, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, Rust, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python 1+ years of experience in technical design, problem-solving, and debugging. 1+ years of experience with architecting large system and seeing them to production Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C,Rust, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, OR Python OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 4+ years people management experience. 1+ years of experience with Linux or Windows operating system internals and kernel development. 1+ years of experience with Rust programming language. 1+ years of experience in large-scale system architecture, design, development, testing, and release, including: Cloud infrastructure System-level application design and development Performance tuning Telemetry design and analysis
