Responsibilities: Will include, but not limited to: Build an environment of continuous improvement process (CIP) demeanor, looking for ways to improve operations, and how to make a difference today! Develop inspection technology roadmaps to drive our internal and external partners enabling a clear path to future advanced memory needs Manage projects internal to your team and across functional areas Develop clear metrics for program health and communicate in an effective manor to set program priorities Build and improve upon detection techniques and identify new ways to use existing tools to identify relevant process issues Collaborate with the global network to develop best known methods and maintain alignment between sites BS with at least 15 years' experience or MS/PhD plus 5 years' experience in Engineering, Physics, Material Science or related technical discipline. 3 years RDA experience in the semiconductor industry working in the process side or Equipment/Applications side. Is proactive and passionate about learning and mentoring your team. Is a leader drawn to creative problem solving and innovative solutions. Will investigate process anomalies, root cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlations. Has proven ability to innovate and drive effective change in an energizing environment. Has shown combination of flexibility and tenacity in the pursuit of goals. Has excellent technical, communication, and analytical skills. Ideal candidates will have a solid knowledge of semiconductor optical and electron beam inspection methods and technologies.
