Owns the overall project plan of new &/or transferred technology with the Foundry and be the ​expert in Fab Process Technology for BCD and RF technologies. Job Description In your new role you will: Expert in Fab Process Technology for BCD and RF technologies Owns the overall project plan of new &/or transferred technology with the Foundry Owns and address technology issues (process weaknesses, instabilities, marginalities), with improvement plans, together with the Foundry Owns new product introduction and qualification in Foundry. Lead analysis of in-line process, electrical and product sort data. Drive integration, yield, quality of new technology into high volume production. Interface, link, between Infineon internal stakeholders and Foundry technology teams. The workplace is Guangzhou, and the office is inside a supplier location. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Electrical or materials engineering degree. 8+ years experience in semiconductor process technology. BCD and RF experiences are pre-requisite. Automotive experience is preferred.
