Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities   * Project technical leader for new product transfer from design to mass production, to ensure that all new products meet specified requirements, the budget cost and the transfer timeline. He/she will be accountable for product validation, failure analysis, test debug, yield improvement, cost down activities, coordination and trouble shooting. Education & Experience   * Bachelor’s degree in in Physics, Optical Communications, Material Engineering, Mechanical, Materials or equivalent. * 9+ years of related experience in optical module or semiconductor in a high tech manufacturing company  * Wide experiences for critical FA cases for key projects in past * Ability to recommend and implement improvements * Good communication skills in both English. * Good team player with hard working attitude. * Must be self-motivated with capability working under pressure  Skills * Data analysis by JMP or Mini-tab. * Expert with product structure and principles * Strong leadership for good coordination with local and global partners * Visions in optics field and market roadmap  * Rich NPI experience and Ideas to drive Product Cost down  * Handle special assignments promptly and professionally * Adaptability, Innovation, Planning and Organizing, Problem Solving, Decision Making and Continuous Improvement, Professional and Technical Knowledge and Skills, Reliable and Dependable, Results Oriented, Teamwork.   Safety Requirements   All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
