Description

Responsible for package / process line quality performance, handling of non conformance and drive for improvement activities to meet quality target. Ensure compliance of control plan deployment and quality controls are regularly reviewed for relevancy. Analyze and drive for quality improvement based on internal and external KPIs including SPC and Cpk monitoring. Support in-process quality monitoring for new products introduction (Safe Launch) or process changes (GCM) Support risk assessment for internal and external non conformance, and process changes (GCM) projects. Degree/Master/PhD in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science) or any other equivalent field preferred with minimum of 5 year of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with good package manufacturing knowledge and quality systematic know-how. Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and packaging technology. Good personality, positive mindset and independent. Knowledge in 8D methodology, 7QC tools, FMEA and SPC tools. Knowledge of reliability assessment. Knowledge of IATF16949/VDA6.3 requirement and direct material supplier process. We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
