We have a fully remote contract/ perm opportunity for a Senior Saleforce Specialist to be based in either Australia or New Zealand. Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions across critical enterprise systems, focusing on Salesforce PRM/CRM, API integrations, business automation, and partner authentication migration from Auth0 to Azure AD. This role will drive efficiency, scalability, and security, enabling operational improvements and strategic growth.

Responsibilities
  • Salesforce PRM/CRM: Lead advanced configuration and customization of Salesforce Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Sales Cloud, focusing on partner lifecycle management, tiering, lead distribution, and CRM enhancements.
  • Partner Portal Development: Design and develop personalized partner portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud, leveraging Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Automation: Architect and implement sophisticated automation for partner processes, Market Development Funds (MDF), lead distribution, and deal registration within Salesforce.
  • API Integration: Design and manage robust REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange between Salesforce, LMS, and other enterprise systems.
  • System Integration: Apply enterprise integration patterns to ensure scalability and maintainability of complex integrations.
  • Authentication Migration: Lead the migration of partner authentication systems from Auth0 to Azure AD B2C, ensuring smooth user transition and integration with Salesforce PRM and LMS.
  • Business Process Automation: Collaborate with Business Operations to automate software license tracking, billing, and other business functions using Salesforce Flow and external platforms
