Job Overview 综述 Celanese is seeking an experienced professional with comprehensive expertise in SAP BW, including a strong understanding of ECC, IBP, BPC, and BCS within a shared services environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to independently manage and successfully complete complex assignments. Serving as a subject matter expert in SAP BW, this role acts as the primary resource for resolving intricate issues and coordinating project activities to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities 职责 Perform overall architecture design, development, implementation of reporting solutions with SAP BW. Supports and implements Process Improvements, focus on standardization Works with a team of business stakeholders, Business Relationship Managers within IT and other IT members on complex business requirements. Well versed in project management Lifecyle from requirements gathering, implementation, testing, documentation to long term support. Supports the monitoring and incident management. Ensures process delivery according to agreed service requirements. Maintains compliance with Audit controls, SOX controls, internal policies and business requirements. Provides consulting in support of business during M&A's and project on Celanese data standards. Ensures proper staffing, backup system and development of personnel. Qualifications 要求 Requirements S. in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience with SAP BW 7.x Experience in supervising teams in a Shared Services environment People management skills, coaching others in their development Excellent BW skills (InfoProviders, Transformations, Queries, Process Chains, APDs etc.) Good ABAP interpretation, coding and debugging skills in BW Functional Know How in several SAP Modules Experience with Bex Analyzer, Analysis Office and other BI reporting tools Experience with BW on HANA / HANA Studio / Eclipse Experience with S/4HANA extraction Excellent problem solving and communication skills Ability to provide professional guidance to team members, resolve complex problems Role Model for peers and colleagues Preferred Additional Skills: SAP Security BPC BCS SAC ABAP programming Alteryx Tableau
