As a Principal Engineer, Software Development, you will serve as a hands-on technical leader and force multiplier for the engineering team. You will dive deeply into complex legacy codebases, stabilize systems, and drive the adoption of AI and automation to improve product reliability and customer experience. Operating with autonomy, you will influence technical strategy, design innovative solutions, mentor senior engineers, and shape the future of key products. This role is ideal for self-starting engineers who enjoy solving ambiguous problems, applying cutting-edge technologies, and working in a flexible, remote-first environment.
