Description

This role involves defining and developing optimal test solutions and handling capabilities for new packages/products. It includes executing buyoff, upgrades, and releases for equipment such as handlers, conversion kits, contactors, docking systems, and software revisions. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Define the best-fit test solutions for new packages and products Develop test-handling capabilities for new packages and products Execute buyoff and release activities for new, upgraded, or modified handlers, conversion kits, contactors, docking systems, and software revisions Support the equipment and test technology buyoff and release processes Ensure proper documentation for equipment and test technology development, buyoff, and release in accordance with business processes Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant equivalent field Candidates with more than 8 years of working experience in test-handling–related functions may also be considered Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Test Handling functions (e.g., Gravity Feed, Pick & Place, Strip Test platforms) Strong knowledge in AUTOCAD software tool (or equivalent) and well-versed in mechanical drawing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of project management and statistical data analysis Experience with Mechanical, Material, or Thermal Simulation Tools is an added advantage Knowledge of Electrical Test Methodology is an added advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
