• Lead the design, development, and implementation of business architecture solutions for Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Affairs.
• Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and industry standard methodologies.
• Formulate and document target state architecture designs, ensuring they meet strategic goals and are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective architecture strategies.
• Innovate and explore new technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Affairs processes.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight for the integration of new systems and technologies.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of enterprise solutions.
• Mentor and support IT teams and collaborators to strengthen architectural understanding and capabilities across the organization.
• Bring thought technology leadership to the organization, driving innovation and adopting standard processes in Legal, Investor Relations, and Corporate Affairs.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Information System or related field
• 10+ years of experience in architecture
• Experience producing application strategies/roadmaps for a global enterprise in their focused architecture domain
• Proven architecture experience with Enterprise Architecture tool
• Experience with large product evaluations, case formulation
• Experience developing and influencing business strategies with cross-functional team impact
• Experience developing and leading innovative solutions
• Proven experience of leading change and challenging approaches/ideas
• Experience developing and managing relationships with third-party suppliers
• Experience working within and developing policies, procedures, and guidelines within a secure, quality, and compliance environment
• Strong networking skills with good internal/external links
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language
• Awareness of developments in the marketplace and understand the relevance and potential impact to AZ IS
• Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes
