Description

As a Principal Hydrogeologist, you will manage the delivery of Environmental Investigations, focusing on the impact of water company abstraction from groundwater sources.
The role is instrumental in providing data and advice to the company, informing the long-term water resources strategy and associated investment.
You will join our Environmental Investigations team and will be supported by specialists in ecology, hydrology and water quality. You will require both project management skills and specialist technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • be responsible for the design, delivery and reporting of hydrogeological investigations
  • work closely with other team members and the wider company to manage contractors and feed into other programmes of work
  • be required to provide quality assurance, analyse data and report it to the Environment Agency, Natural England and wider stakeholders.
