Description
1. CSA System Design & Engineering Develop and review architectural, structural, and civil designs for cleanroom and support areas. Ensure compliance with high-rise building codes, including emergency staircases, egress distances, and incombustible materials. Evaluate micro-vibration criteria (VC-B to VC-D+) and structural impact on cleanroom layout and equipment placement. Coordinate with subject areas of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (HVAC, ELEC, FIRE, WTS) and construction teams for permit applications, design reviews, and execution. Manage CSA-related downtime planning, cost estimation, and lead time forecasting. Ensure designs meet local CSA and fire codes, including required sprinkler systems, smoke exhaust, and emergency UPS requirements. Support EHS teams in confirming operational permits and safety design changes. Participate in third-party reviews and permit amendment processes. Provide technical feedback during DCC and OPS review stages. Act as CSA subject area lead multi-functional engineering teams. Mentor junior engineers and support training programs aligned with FETA 2.0 framework. Represent CSA in strategy workshops and system improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Demonstrated capabilities in CSA design and construction in semiconductor or high-tech facilities. Familiarity with local building codes, fire safety laws, and vibration criteria. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and structural analysis tools. Shift: Day shift, may include on-call support and coordination during construction phases Experience with fab construction projects. Knowledge of cleanroom design standards and CSA integration with MEP systems. Certified in construction safety or fire protection engineering
