Responsibilities: Responsible for customer application support activities for RADAR products and their application. Drive the technical DWIN process, respond to technical customer questions, perform code and schematic reviews Build and maintain relationships to key technical decision makers at our customers Reproduction and verification of customer issues; on-site support to identify and debug problems both in software and hardware Create customer facing technical documents (application notes, white papers, FAQ’s, product & solutions training material, …) Organize and deliver training and workshops with car OEM and key Tier1s Cooperate with other application teams within own company to create complete system solution packages Requirements: The applicant must have a strong background on microcontroller and microprocessors, and emphasis on one or several of the following areas is highly desirable: Working knowledge with automotive RADAR technologies, above 2 years work experience in RADAR system design Skills in coding, signal processing, and prototyping and developing algorithms in MATLAB or other applicable languages Good troubleshooting skills at the system and board level Ability to understand and clearly articulate technical issues, propose and solve solutions to those issues Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams. Good language skill in English.
