Description
Partner with business to develop financial projections for long range strategic plan, annual operating plan and periodic forecasts Create detailed analysis that incorporate relevant benchmarks and business information related to operating expense and headcount Monitor performance versus expectations and clearly articulate variance drivers, opportunity, and risk Lead periodic performance reviews with business partners Proactively develop ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations for senior management to provide insight into trends and business performance Perform month end close process/post journal entries needed to ensure proper accounting Drive continuous improvement of processes and analytics Demonstrate commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 5+ years relevant experience Strong financial analysis, communication, and prioritization skills Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with strong service orientation Strong attention to detail and data quality Ability to multi-task, set priorities and adhere to deadlines in a high-paced organization Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required Team orientated MBA or CPA a plus Financial tools: Hyperion, Oracle, Power BI, SAP a plus
