Tax coordination. Drive the firm and GP tax processes, liaising with and reviewing tax filings prepared by a Big 4 provider. You will manage inputs, timelines, and follow-ups to keep the process smooth, accurate and on schedule. Org planning. Work with senior management on longer-term organization planning. Bring structure, visibility, and practical recommendations. Who we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field. CPA preferred. 6-8+ years of accounting and tax experience within financial services, investment management, audit, or professional services organization. Experience in private equity or venture capital highly preferred. QuickBooks Online experience highly preferred. Strong Excel skills and AI implementation focus required. Comfort operating at both a strategic and hands-on level in a growing organization. Detailed and highly tech-savvy with experience owning and improving workflows across tools/software. What you’ll get: All the resources you’ll need to learn and grow. Independence to run with your ideas. Joining an elite team that works with some of the most sophisticated investors and entrepreneurs in the world. World-class benefit programs, including options for health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K plan (with matching), generous vacation, and sick leave.
