Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, Marketing, Data Science, or related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare strategy consulting, healthcare marketing, or related fields. Track record of developing a strategic understanding of customer segments and building plans designed to achieve business objectives with those customers. Demonstrated success leading in a matrix organization. Proven experience in strategic and analytical thinking. Working knowledge of clinical and financial data relevant to healthcare systems. Demonstrated success managing complex projects. Strong business acumen, financial modeling and ability to align competitive insights with strategic initiatives. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. Ability to travel up to 10% Industry experience in MedTech and Urology MBA or advanced degree
