At ClickUp, collaboration and partnership are at the heart of everything we do. As a Principal Frontend Architect, you’ll drive the technical vision, design patterns, and scalability of our frontend systems while partnering closely with backend and integrations teams to deliver seamless, performant features. You’ll not only write code but shape the architecture that empowers our engineers to move fast and build with confidence.
You’ll set the bar for engineering excellence by influencing coding standards, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring front-end systems are designed for performance, maintainability, and long-term growth. You’ll collaborate with QA partners to ensure testability and quality are built into every solution, while mentoring engineers across the organization to raise our technical craft.
We’re scaling rapidly, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, balances pragmatism with architectural rigor, and models our values of ownership, speed, and excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
$250,000—$290,000 USD
