The Opportunity As a Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer, you’ll take on a pivotal leadership role—driving technical excellence, mentoring talent, and building enduring client partnerships. What You’ll Do * Lead the design and delivery of complex geo-environmental projects across: * Landfill and containment systems * Tailings and mining infrastructure * Dams, embankments, and earth structures * Waste and resource recovery facilities * Provide trusted technical leadership on high-risk, high-value projects * Drive innovative, sustainable solutions that integrate environmental outcomes into major infrastructure * Oversee project performance (technical, commercial, risk) from concept through to delivery * Build long-term client relationships across Queensland and nationally * Mentor and grow a high-performing, multidisciplinary team * Contribute to strategic growth and market positioning in geo-environmental engineering   About You You’re a recognized technical leader who combines deep expertise with commercial awareness and a passion for delivering meaningful outcomes. * Degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering * 10+ years’ experience, ideally within consulting * Strong background in waste and containment design (landfills, liners, leachate systems, geosynthetics) * Proven capability in detailed design and technical review * Experience with earthworks, dams, tailings, and water management systems * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence key stakeholders * A track record of winning work, building client trust, or contributing to growth (highly valued)   With us, you can.
