We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors. Our Perth office in Wembley is looking to hire a Principal Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with 15+ years of experience working in a geotechnical consultancy. Specifically, our team is looking for an engineer who can provide analysis, design, and technical advice for our clients across Western Australia. You'll also play a key role in training and upskilling our junior engineers and geologists and ensuring the highest standard of technical excellence is maintained. This role is suited to a consultant who has developed a well-rounded, practical and hands-on career in geotechnical engineering. At this time, we are not looking for a geotechnical design engineer. What You'll Need A Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology Degree 15+ years experience in a geotechnical consultancy Australia and specifically WA experience is highly preferred CPEng or equivalent professional registration 5+ years experience working in Australia Good interpersonal skills Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written What You'll Get 9-day fortnight and flexible start and finish times Additional day leave on your birthday. A developed internal training program to support all levels with technical development and progression An exposure to a broad range of projects Office social events throughout the year Excellent learning environment as well as an inclusive team environment.
