We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors. Our Melbourne office in St Kilda is looking to hire a Principal Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with 15+ years of experience working in a geotechnical consultancy. Specifically, our team is looking for an engineer who can provide analysis, design, and technical advice for our clients across Victoria. You'll also play a key role in training and upskilling our junior engineers and geologists and ensuring the highest standard of technical excellence is maintained. What You'll Need A Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology Degree 15+ years experience in a geotechnical consultancy Australia and specifically Victoria experience is highly preferred CPEng or equivalent professional registration 5+ years experience working in Australia Good interpersonal skills Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written What You'll Get Additional Day Leave on Birthday Provision of minimum of 50 hours Training / CPD per year and paid membership to Engineers Australia Office social events throughout the year Flexible office hours Exposure to a broad range of projects Novated car lease options and access to an employee discount platform Please note: We are closed from 19 December 2025 - 5 January 2026 and applications will be reviewed after this period.
