Churchill College’s Development office is looking for a dynamic, motivated and ambitious individual to join its successful and innovative Development team as a Principal Gifts Officer. This role will have particular responsibility for legacies and fundraising for the prestigious Churchill Archives Centre. The College has ambitious plans for the future and fundraising will be fundamental to realizing these ambitions, so it is an exciting time to join our growing team.
You will work with the Development Director to create a new legacy programme to increase the number of legators to Churchill College, with responsibility for donor cultivation and stewardship, marketing and administration related to those supporters who are legacy donors. You will also work closely with the Director of the Archives Centre to maximise the fundraising potential of Archives campaigns and initiatives.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about building good relationships and adept at spotting opportunities. It requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills, collaboration and relationship building.
