Lead the DevSecOps and code security team, driving the development and adoption of secure engineering practices and tools throughout the software lifecycle, continuously enhancing security measures to proactively address emerging threat vectors. Mentor and guide product managers and engineers, promoting a culture of security, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product management, and executive leadership to drive alignment and deliver strategic outcomes. Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product management or engineering OR equivalent experience. 3+ years people management experience. 10+ years of experience in product management or engineering roles with a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale initiatives. Hands-on engineering experience, including modern software development workflows, DevOps methodologies and an understanding of the challenges developers face. Knowledge of secure development practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management. Proven leadership experience building, coaching, and inspiring geographically distributed teams in both engineering and security domains. 15+ years of experience in product management or engineering roles with a proven track record leading complex, large-scale initiatives. Proven communication and stakeholder management abilities at all organizational levels. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on security and modernization. Experience with large-scale engineering transformation, migrations, and change management. Ability to drive innovation and transformation in highly dynamic, security-focused environments.
