Responsibilities We are looking for a talented Lead Product Manager who has high empathy, is deeply analytical and passionate about scaling our services to help our customers and users be more productive, and strong people and management skills. As a Lead Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and influence a truly global charter that has a material impact on our brand, and the ability to shape the future of a new and emerging business line. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) people management experience. 5+ years of experiences leading a team of product managers. Deep familiarity and working knowledge on AI tools, evals and building AI first product. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.3+ years people management experience. 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Experience in building data driven products, ability to use data to inform product decisions. A track-record of independence, thinking outside the box and delivering world class solutions. The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers . The ability to empathize, listen, and obsess over our customers, external and internal.
