Set the vision and strategy for Xbox platform technology development across Console, PC, and Windows Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers driving innovation and scalability Coordinate execution across engineering, design, and partner organizations Deliver clear, actionable updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Drive alignment, accountability, and momentum across the product lifecycle Developing Technical Product Strategies: Identify customer needs, analyzing trends, combining your technical expertise with your product knowledge, and develop product roadmaps that align with Xbox's vision and strategy. Execute on Product Development: Guide and mentor the PM team to write clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new and existing features. Additionally, conducting internal testing, A/B testing, and analyze production data to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of features. Thinking Creatively and Driving Innovation: Think creatively and deliver on new ideas, constantly striving to improve and innovate. Identify new product opportunities and developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business. Proven ability to create a healthy team culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and collaboration. Experience handling successful delivery from initial strategy to engineering requirements to audience/user adoption Technical background and solid foundation in hardware, software and operating system engineering principles Proven experience in the ability to plan and execute on complex partner facing initiatives in an ambiguous environment. Product Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
