- Manage a team of software engineers delivering high-quality CRM solutions. - Define architecture for scalable, secure CRM systems and AI integration. - Establish best practices for performance, reliability, and compliance . - Lead AI Innovation into the CRM system. - Oversee the integration with AI-powered insights and alerts. - Leverage ML model integration for personalization and predictive analytics. - Enable efficient sales workflows powered by AI and agentic solutions . - Manage execution, prioritize resources, and align with business goals. - Collaborate with senior leaders to shape product vision and technical investments. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR equivalent experience. - Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. - Expertise in C#, Java, or Python and cloud technologies (Azure preferred). Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python - OR equivalent experience. - Experience with CRM platforms and customer data models. - Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and enterprise integration patterns. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
