Your Opportunity Stantec is looking for a Principal Highway Design Engineer that can be a part of our growing team in Pune office. Produce and review design solutions from outline briefs, correctly interpret data and effectively communicate to others. 2. Manage the design and drafting team(s) allocated on projects.  3. Training and mentoring staff, proposal preparation, project presentation, project management and budget management. 4. Check design and assessment calculations and review detailed drawings. 5. Work on multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision. 6. Ensure delivery of project in accordance with quality, timescales, and budget. 7. Produce and reviews designs, drawings and budgets to ensure that technical designs will provide appropriate solution and budgets will be met.  8. Plan, program, co-ordinate project teams and tasks.  9. Exercise quality control of team deliverables.  10. Maintain communication and develop ongoing contacts with clients as required.  11. Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of highway projects by managing drafting teams and reviewing technical calculations and drawings. Coordinate project tasks, manage budgets, and maintain strong professional relationships with international clients.
