The role aligns people strategies with overall business objectives, proactively building a skilled, engaged workforce, fostering a positive company culture, and leveraging data to make strategic decisions that drive organizational success and maintain a competitive edge. Responsible for HR Vision, Mission, Road Maps, HR for HR Strategy Development and connectivity with the HR Transformation Office. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Project Management (25%) Oversee key HR projects, and / or ensure key projects stay on track, align with company goals, and are completed efficiently. Strong connectivity with Transition Office, and Center of Expertise (CoE) to ensure KPIs, milestones and other trackers are highlighted for Executive summary / sharing. Transformation Office (20%) Key liaison to support projects & activites developed from the Transformation Office. R&R will be aligned to project and activity needs. Will also be responsible for ensuring resources are aligned for activity that is deployed from Transformation Office and impacts the Human Resources Business Unit. Alignment & Vision of HR Strategy (20%) Support & drive alignment of all OneHR activity locally, regionally,and globally, through business planning, Vision & Mission, KPIs, and support of operational activity. Strategic Contact / Liaison (20%) Assist the Business Unit Leaders & Division Leaders in defining and executing strategic priorities, leading organizational initiatives, and making data-driven recommendations; creates and tracks highlevel dashboard activity for high-profile HR projects & themes. May serve as a susbsitiute or alternative for executive level meetings, projects and programs. Change Management (15%) Support the HR organization through periods of change, including communicating changes, addressing concerns, and providing support. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS Minimum Educational Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a technical field Minimum Experience 8 - 10 years’ experience of progressive Leadership or Talent experience, including positions of increasing responsibility. Leading and managing large, complex projects & processes Experience in directing strong business outcomes Other Job-Specific Skills Strong leadership and management skills to lead teams effectively. Proficiency in optimizing operations, streamlining processes, and improving efficiency. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex HR topics clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. The ability to build and develop high-performing HR teams and foster a positive workplace culture. Familiarity with HRIS, SAP (Success Factors, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll) and other technology solutions for process improvement and data management. The ability to engage with various stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and associates. Proven track record of innovation concepts to implementation. Six Sigma mindset to focus resources on project progression.
