Job Description Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of HRBP, Regional HR Strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner to broad business leaders in Japan. 【Responsibilities】 Drive Strategic HR Initiatives：Collaborate with the Senior Manager (supervisor) and business unit leaders to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Address Organizational Challenges：Analyze issues related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, and propose and implement effective solutions. Participate in HR Projects：Actively contribute as a project member in various HR initiatives.
