EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Masters degree or greater in social work, psychology, counseling, or a closely related field and at least 2 years experience working with children and families; or a BA degree in the one of these fields and at least 4 years experience as an in-home case manager
Provides case management services, supervision, training and development, and oversight to the family preservation and reunification team. Serve as primary liaison between HOMEBUILDERS® team and the agency’s management team. Serve as the primary contact with the HOMEBUILDERS® consultant regarding implementation of the model and program fidelity. Be available to respond to client and In-home Specialist crises as they occur. Reports to the Program Manager.
