Job Description Conduct overall design of offshore production module instrument system, including process measurement, control loop, safety instrumented system, fire & gas detection and alarm system. Complete instrument datasheet preparation, type selection, parameter confirmation, loop drawing, hook-up drawing and installation layout design. Compile instrument technical specification, design document, bid technical file, test standard and acceptance standard. Provide professional technical support for project bidding, technical proposal compilation and quotation technical matching. Review vendor instrument design drawings, technical data and test reports, conduct technical clarification and optimize matching scheme. Carry out technical communication with owner, EPC management team, third-party supervision and subcontractors, sort out technical requirements and solve professional technical divergences. Be familiar with offshore hazardous area classification, strictly follow explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof and marine environment design criteria. Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, piping disciplines to ensure cross-specialty design consistency and smooth construction progress. Follow up instrument factory inspection, site installation, calibration, loop test, system commissioning and start-up guidance. Identify on-site instrument technical risks, propose improvement solutions, and summarize project technical experience to standardize internal design norms. Qualifications Electrical Automation-related major, bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English reading and writing. Over 8 years of detailed design experience in the oil and gas construction industry,Priority will be given to candidates with international project experience. Be familiar with international standards and specifications for engineering design in the offshore oil and gas industry. Additional Information More than 2 years of experience in managing a detailed team of instrumentation professionals in the oil and gas industry.
