• Strategic consulting on Citrix and EUC technologies. You analyze customer requirements, develop architectural concepts and design roadmaps – e.g., for the consolidation of distributed Citrix or on-prem VDI environments.
• Leading implementation and migration projects. You are responsible for Citrix deployments, Citrix Cloud/DaaS migrations, NetScaler setups and integrated secure access architectures.
• Workshops, PoCs and technical optimizations. Whether performance bottleneck, scaling problem or security hardening – you work in a structured manner, solve bottlenecks sustainably and measurably advance EUC infrastructures.
• Team management & know-how transfer: You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and pass on knowledge – e.g. through internal training, reviews or project guidance.
• Customer presentations & stakeholder management: You confidently convince decision-makers and represent Proact in technology partnerships and customer meetings.

Your talent for success

• Studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification as well as extensive EUC practical experience
• In-depth expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud/DaaS, NetScaler and hybrid EUC architectures
• Successful management of virtualization and migration projects; certifications such as CCE-V, CCP-V are a plus.
• Scripting and automation skills, e.g., PowerShell
• Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and very good German and English skills.
