POSITION SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
FPL is seeking an experienced IT Principal Business Analyst to lead a transformative, enterprise-level initiative focused on reshaping end-to-end business processes across asset, material, workforce, and financial management.
This role will help develop and lead the implementation of a solution for managing digital and physical assets. The Analyst will serve as the central point for gathering requirements and coordinating development efforts for implementing the solution.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in asset-intensive operations, a track record of execution under ambiguity, and the ability to blend strategic vision with operational rigor.
The ideal candidate must have strong understanding of S4/Hana, especially FICO and Asset Accounting modules, IBM Maximo work and asset management system, and Power Plan.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
