As an AI & Product Counsel, you will manage a portfolio of product reviews and act as a strategic partner to business teams. This position will be based in Seoul, Korea. Responsibilities Review AI-powered product features and complex technical specifications to provide practical legal guidance while mitigating risk. Partner closely with engineering, product management, security, and privacy teams to integrate legal requirements into the product development lifecycle. Communicate complex legal concepts and technical insights effectively to diverse stakeholders across the company. Collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable processes for AI governance and product compliance. Essential Qualifications Domestic or foreign lawyers with 7+ years of total legal experience, including a combination of major law firm and in-house experience Prior experience in product counseling or AI governance Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attain challenging targets through personal drive Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of privacy, data governance, security architecture, and AI Expertise in the AI Basic Act, Personal Information Protection Act, and e-commerce industries Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
