This initiative, planned for full implementation in 2026, brings small groups of schools and CFLCs together under executive leadership to enhance practice, scale success, share resources, and work collaboratively to improve outcomes for learners. This model fosters a strong sense of community and joint accountability, encouraging schools and centres to build deeper connections within their local areas and with each other to ensure every child and young person is known, safe, well, and learning. It also provides clear points of contact and shared responsibilities that reduce administrative burdens on principals and staff, allowing them to focus more on instructional leadership and student outcomes. By streamlining layers between the classroom and the broader system, CoSC enhances operational efficiency, improves resource allocation, and supports more consistent engagement with external stakeholders.
