Description

Your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools to track performance, forecast trends, and support strategic decisions Evaluate alternate methods of transportation and recommend cost-effective, service-oriented strategies to drive efficiency and resilience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 8 years' experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field Demonstrated experience with transportation network optimization, KPI management, and cross-functional leadership Proven success managing outsourced transportation providers and multi-modal logistics operations (domestic and international) Strong analytical skills and experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels of the organization Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or high-technology sectors Track record of leading large-scale logistics improvement projects and driving innovation across supply chain operations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment High degree of self-motivation, accountability, and operational discipline
