Job Description Your Career We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer with deep expertise in designing, building, and scaling AI-powered platforms. In this role, you will help shape the future of our agentic platform by leveraging advanced machine learning (ML) techniques to tackle complex, large-scale challenges and deliver impactful customer experiences. As a technical leader, you will take full ownership of key product features—leading architecture, design, and implementation—while working closely with cross-functional teams. Your expertise and insights will be instrumental in guiding the technical vision of our platform. This role is located at our Santa Clara Headquarters Campus 3 days a week. Your Impact Responsible for the complete software development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment and support Write clean, testable, readable, scalable and maintainable Python / Go lang code that scales and performs well for thousands of customers Participate actively and contribute to design and development discussions Develop solid understanding and be able to explain advanced Cloud Computing and Cloud Security concepts to others Be able to clearly communicate goals and desired outcomes to internal project teams Qualifications Your Experience Extensive hands-on programming skills in one - Python, Go Experience with cloud-native service development stack on GCP Strong knowledge of databases SQL Experience building scalable REST API services, CI/CD pipelines Experience with GCP strongly desired Ability to explain the architecture and design with complete rationale behind design decisions Excellent written and communication skills - passion for learning, collaborating with others Additional Information The Team Our engineering team is at the core of our products – connected directly to the mission of preventing cyberattacks. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $156000 - $21500 /YR The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
