What you'll get to do... You will provide technical leadership, identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks and incorporate them into the team's workflow and processes. You will coordinate large scale and complex machine learning projects in production and cooperate with various teams to define project scope, goals, and success metrics. You will collaborate extensively with internal partners, program management, and engineering team to ensure that solution meet business needs, permit valid inferences and have functional feasibility. You will communicate results in a comprehensible manner to all levels of the company. You will mentor junior scientists in the team. Your experience should include... 5+ years of industrial experience in deep learning and software development, with strong algorithm design skills. Hands-on experience with Deep Neural Network technologies, LLMs, and agentic AI. Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java. Experience with machine learning platforms (e.g., PyTorch) and AWS. Familiarity with large-scale data analytics (e.g., Spark) and an MS or PhD or equivalent experience in computer science or a related quantitative field is required. We've got your back...
