Description

Bachelor's degree Architecture, Real Estate, or related field preferred. 12+ years of relevant business development, client management, or consulting experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate industry, with a focus on residential, hospitality, and/or mixed-use sectors. Deep knowledge of the Texas real estate and development landscape, as well as familiarity with major markets in the US West and Mexico. Proven track record of building and sustaining client relationships and delivering on growth targets, including experience with mixed-use developments. Exceptional communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Experience leading successful RFP/RFQ and proposal processes. Ability to travel regionally (within Texas, US West, and Mexico) as required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Professional registration Knowledge of sustainable principles and LEED accreditation
