JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced secondary school administrator to be the Principal of Martin County High School. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the school, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education while supporting teachers and staff in their professional development.

• Strong skills in budgeting, strategic planning, and curriculum development.
• Excellent supervisory abilities with a track record of mentoring educators.
• Exceptional public speaking skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of classroom dynamics and educational best practices.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports all students’ needs.
• Relevant educational qualifications including a degree in Education or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
