Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred
  • Average of 7 or more years’ work experience with experience in leading a team
  • A minimum of 4 years’ previous managed care account management experience with at least 2 years previous experience in the biopharmaceutical industry segment
  • Previous field sales, field sales management, and/or marketing experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or related industry is preferred
  • Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of managed care strategy development, including contracting strategy and administration
  • Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding financial and/or other quantitative targets, as well as qualitative goals
  • Previous experience in completing and implementing attainable business plans
    The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $191,700.00 – $355,900.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.     This is a field-based position and overnight travel may be required. This position requires significant driving of either a company provided or personal vehicle as well as prolonged periods of sitting, both of which are part of the essential duties and responsibilities of the role.
