Description

Your Responsibilities Will Include Ensure business needs are accurately reflected and accounted for in solution design. Collaborate with IT to translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and executable technology solutions. Perform quality assurance and system validation, including testing, documentation, and resolution of defects. Provide analytical and systems support to Operations, Customer Service, and Manufacturing personnel. Support a culture of data integrity, process consistency, and system excellence across SAP, Manhattan, and related systems. Bachelor's degree required (equivalent experience may be considered). Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related functions within distribution and logistics. Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional business initiatives. Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS implementations, preferably SAP and/or Manhattan. Expertise in Microsoft Suite (including Visio). Experience performing end-user support, testing, and project management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or MHA). Experience in the medical device industry or regulated manufacturing environment. Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment. Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma certification or methodologies.
