Description

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services
10 or more years of experience working as a systems analyst developer
2 or more years of experience supporting finance, human resources, supply chain or pay roll, Kronos, and Time Attendance modules of large ERP
4 or more years of experience working with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) programming
Experience with the following technologies: Oracle ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, micro-services
Experience with test automation
Experience with continuous integration tools such as Hudson
Strong public cloud infrastructure background, Oracle, AWS, MS Azure, Google, OpenStack variants

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s Degree In Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field of study
5 or more years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud / e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, and/or Finance
6 or more years of experience supporting Kronos workforce management (v7 & above) applications (Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduler, Attestation, Analytics)
4 or more years of experience with custom Kronos report development (SSRS)
3 or more years of experience supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits and Retirement)
Strong experience Oracle HCM Cloud Tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations (Inbound & Outbound), Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts and Fast Formulas
Experience with Middleware technologies in general, demonstrated knowledge in platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns and orchestration development
Experience in personalization and customization of HCM application pages
Hands on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud
Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and optimize system performance
Experience in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development
Experience in customization of Redwood pages
Experience in API development and management
