Description St. Brendan Catholic Church located in Mexico, Missouri, is looking for an engaging, compassionate, and experienced educational leader to serve as our Principal (preK-8). This position is for the 2026-2027 Academic year, with a contract beginning July 2026. The Principal will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensure a faith-filled and academic environment, and work collaboratively with the pastor, faculty, staff, students, parents, and the broader parish community to carry out the school's mission. The Principal will guide the spiritual, academic, and personal development of the students while embodying Catholic values. Job Requirements: * Practicing Catholic in good standing, committed to Catholic education and the Church's mission. * Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field. * Minimum of five years' experience in education * Proven experience in managing faculty and staff * Strong knowledge of Catholic education principles and leadership best practices * Strong knowledge of organizational and financial management skills * Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a positive, supportive and faith-filled school environment For more information, please visit our website at diojeffcity.org.
