Description
  • You independently coordinate the overall technical solution presentation in complex HIS tenders and RFPs – as an internal, potentially cross-partner project – and lead the presentations and live demos yourself: to decision-makers as well as to professional audiences from the medical, nursing, and therapy sectors. In this way, you make a significant contribution to sales success.
  • You will position our HIS solution landscape in a professionally convincing manner – focusing on CGM CLINICAL, but also including relevant peripheral systems and partner solutions – and illustrate the added value of our solutions and innovations, such as AI integration, in a practical way, particularly in the context of acute care hospitals. You will present clinical processes consistently and comprehensively.
  • You will be kept constantly up-to-date on the further development of our platform, its modules and integration options.
  • You work closely with sales, pre-sales and product management: You support solution concepts and the answering of specifications and bring individual solution components together to form a coherent overall picture; if necessary, you involve specialists from the specialist units.
  • You will work on the continuous improvement and standardization of our pre-sales processes and assets - including sales kits - for efficient future tenders and presentations.
  • You will represent CGM at conferences, congresses and industry events, strengthening our image as a global player in the HIS environment.

You bring the following:

  • Several years of senior experience (at least 3, preferably 5 years) in the field of HIS solutions in a professional role - such as product management, consulting or pre-sales - is a prerequisite, as is sound experience with complex tenders and RFPs.
  • A clinical background (medical, nursing or therapeutic) is a clear plus, but not a requirement - what is important is that you understand the medical and nursing processes and can communicate professionally on an equal footing.
  • You are distinguished by your analytical skills and conceptual problem-solving competence across the entire KIS portfolio: You understand demanding customer requirements, present solutions in a structured and understandable way, and confidently weigh up your own contribution against the involvement of specialists.
  • You have a strong affinity for AI - both for the use of AI in your own work processes and for understanding and positioning AI functions in our solutions.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills, interact professionally with different expert groups, and bring professional leadership skills to project teams.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as a willingness to travel within German-speaking countries, complete your profile.
  • Please only apply if you already have relevant professional experience in the HIS environment. This position is not suitable for recent graduates.
